My mission is to help midlife professionals take control of their health holistically. By combining my expertise in nutrition, culinary arts, and psychology, I create tailored wellness plans that empower my clients to live healthier, more vibrant lives. I guide them to achieve their goals through the three pillars of success—nutrition essentials, healthy lifestyle habits, and an empowered mindset.

My Journey

With a background that spans over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in some of the world’s finest kitchens and studying human behaviour through degrees in psychology. From being a chef on luxury super yachts to becoming a certified Nutrition and Health Coach, I’ve always been passionate about the transformative power of food. Cooking with my family from a young age, I realised how food not only fuels us, but also has the power to heal us when used correctly. Today, I bring that knowledge and passion into every client relationship.

I offer personalised one-to-one coaching via video chat, where I help my clients overcome health challenges, achieve sustainable weight loss, and rediscover their energy and vitality. I also work with corporate clients, providing wellness workshops and pop-up nutrition clinics to help create healthier, more productive workforces.
