By combining my expertise in nutrition, culinary arts, and psychology, I create tailored wellness plans that empower my clients to live healthier, more vibrant lives. I guide them to achieve their goals through the three pillars of success—nutrition essentials, healthy lifestyle habits, and an empowered mindset.
My Journey
With a professional background spanning over 20 years, my experience combines culinary training, psychology and personalised nutrition. I began my career working as a chef on luxury super yachts, before studying human behaviour through degrees in psychology and later qualifying in nutrition and health coaching.
This combination of culinary expertise and behavioural understanding shaped my belief that food is not only central to enjoyment and culture, but also to long-term health.
Today, I bring this integrated perspective into my work, supporting clients through personalised nutrition guidance and microbiome-informed approaches that connect food, lifestyle and wellbeing in a practical, sustainable way.
How I Can Help You
I provide personalised nutrition support through one-to-one consultations delivered online, helping clients address gut health concerns, hormone balance, weight management and low energy using a structured, evidence-informed approach. My work often incorporates clinical microbiome testing through GutMapDx, allowing nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to be guided by individual health data rather than generic advice.
Alongside private client work, I also support organisations through corporate nutrition workshops and workplace wellness clinics designed to improve employee health, resilience and productivity.
